Prince Minerals
new york, ny
This new office headquarters was created for Prince Minerals, a leading processor and distributor of raw materials with facilities across North America, Latin American and Europe. Products enjoy widespread use in bricks, glass, ceramics, cement, steel and other industrial and agricultural applications. It is this tactile material variety that was the inspiration for the main feature: a full-length, full-height colorful array of mineral samples built into the main entryway. These function as a strong and immediate branding identity and act as a partial screen to the main workstation area. Bold color blocking utilizing the logo’s deep burgundy color is featured throughout, particularly at the pantry area with a casual bar for surreptitious meetings. Vibrant, renewable bamboo wood flooring brings warmth and contrast to the crisp white walls & ceilings.
